Australian Consumer Law Review: Interim Report
The Consumer Action Law Centre (Consumer Action) welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Australian Consumer Law Review—Interim Report (Interim Report).
While we are engaged with the process, we feel that the Interim Report does not strike an even balance between consumer protection and the potential risk of regulatory burden and takes an unfortunate “small target” approach to reform.
