A referral has been made for you to National Debt Helpline at Consumer Action Law Centre (NDH), a dedicated financial counselling helpline for carers. They operate between 9.30am-4.30pm Monday-Friday and will contact you within 2 business days to get some details of your situation.

During this call (of up to 10 minutes) they will make an appointment for a further 30-minute financial counselling session if it is needed. They will not contact you during the times that you have stated you are unavailable.

Please note that the NDH will contact you from an undisclosed number. If you do not answer, the financial counsellor will leave a voicemail or send an SMS with a contact phone number for you to call back.

About financial counselling
