The Policy & Campaigns Team at Consumer Action leads change to policy, laws and industry practice across a range of consumer issues. More than that, our team strives to give a voice to all consumers.
We do this by integrating our casework in everything we do. Our experience assisting and representing people in Victoria helps us identify systemic issues where policy work could address and help prevent the issue occurring for future consumers. Our casework also reveals emerging issues that would benefit from additional research.
Consumer Action regularly provides recommendations to Government at a State and Federal level through regular reports and submissions. We also run campaigns on a range of consumer and finance issues.
