Our impact 2023-24: Fighting for a fairer marketplace in a cost-of-living crisis
We are delighted to publish our Impact Report 2023-24 which highlights what we’ve been doing over the past year working alongside consumers, national advocates and cross-sector stakeholders.
The core issue of the cost-of-living crisis is biting deep, and the experiences of our clients, plus how we are responding to increased demand for our services and support, weaves throughout this year’s report.
Read about the successes we had holding the powerful to account: from fighting the injustice of harmful scams and Cigno loans, to finally getting new laws introduced into Parliament regulating Buy-Now-Pay-Later as credit.
Progress has also been made to help telco customers doing it tough, and importantly, an ‘enduring resolution’ announced for the thousands of First Nations victims of predatory insurance provider Youpla/ACBF.
