Consumer Action welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the Australian Energy Regulator’s review of initial Distribution Network Service Providers’ Proposals for the 2011 – 2015 Regulatory Period.
Consumer Action is concerned with the proposed increases by the DNSPs to their capital expenditure and operational expenditure. Our submission, including a report by Orion Economic Services, explores the patterns that have evolved over the past two – three regulatory periods and demonstrates how the DNSPs do not always forecast accurately.
