Network Outage Review

Consumer Action Law Centre is delighted to make a submission to the Network Outage Review.

We were contacted by a small number of consumers impacted by the network outages in February 2024, and some have agreed to share their stories  in the hope that responses from industry improve in future.

We outline in our submission a high level overview of issues presenting on the National Debt Helpline that we operate in Victoria, followed by illustrations through case studies.
