2019-20 has been memorable, not just for COVID-19. Today we are delighted to publish our Impact Report for the period which highlights Consumer Action’s achievements over the past year.
Despite the challenges of working from home, we have stayed focussed on what we do best -advocating for a better society where everyone has a fair go where no Australian is left behind. During July and August, we sought feedback from key stakeholders on the outcomes we pursue under the ‘fairer system’ domain of our Impact Framework. The results are encouraging and insightful and they will contribute to the development of our 2021-2025 strategic plan, revision of our Impact Framework and associated internal priorities.
